If you are experiencing issues with your cart not clearing out, or being logged out during the checkout process, please follow these steps:
1.)Delete all items in your shopping cart, and log out of the website
2.) On a fresh tab, click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right of the browser, and choose ‘settings’ from the dropdown.
3.) Next, click on “Advanced”, then scroll down to and click on “Content Settings”.
4.) Now click on “Cookies”, then click on “See all cookies, and site data”.
5.) In the top right of this page there should be a search bar. Type in shop.jsisigns.
6.) Delete all the cookies associated with shop.jsisigns.com.
7.) Close the current tab/browser window, reopen a new tab, and to to jsisigns.com, and sign in.
